Hi Kym, girl you are looking great. The idea sounds great, but like Fat G says watch how you act around Jeremy, clothing, talking, so that Eddie doesn't get jealous.  Finacially I would go for it.  Living about your parents is stressful enough, you need to separate yourself from the stress.  Let us know your decision.
