TICKER HELP PLEASE!!!!

To Anyone: I have been trying and trying to redo the ticker.  I have always had help with it in the past, and I can't change it.  There was a real sweet girl, on the main website for Lap Band, and she always did it for me.  I have read the tutorials for the ticker, and I don't know if it is my computer, or I am just computer ignorant.   I had e-mailed the [email protected], and all they told me to do was, read the tutorial again!!!!  If anyone would be willing to help me, please post to me here, or e-mail me at [email protected]. Banded since 10/26/06 May each of you have a great today, and always! If you're trying to update it, simply click on the ticker.  It will take you to tickerfactory.com (I think that's the site).  Click on update weight and it will ask for your pin/password.  Enter that information and then update your weight in the appropriate area.  Click on next and you will see your updated ticker.
