more prayers needed

Well, Dad is back in the hospital,  They need to pull the life support off my Uncle.  (up in MI) Friends just lost there sister Deedra 35 of cancer.  things have been a whirlwind here but enjoying every moment with my daughter  Plans are leaveing the 5th or 6th to go back to MI.  Dr. appt went well. With me 3 months out.  But I still not sure what to do or how to make my self throw up if something doesnt agree with me.  It wants to come up but just kinda sits there if anyone has any advice please let me know.  It doesnt happen all the time but when it does I just want it out of there. Prayers going up for you and your family.  As far as the throwing up thing goes, I try to just lay down and most of the time it passes.  If not, then I go into the bathroom, hover over the toilet, and usually it makes me hurl.  Just something that works for me.  The good thing is that I don't do that much anymore.  I have finally learned most things that don't agree with me.  Good luck!
