Hopefully this issue has resolved itself and you are feeling better. If not, call your doctor.
As for getting rid of something, you really don't want to throw up as that is very hard on your pouch. The best thing is to learn from it and not repeat the behavior that led to wanting to throw up if at all possible. Misery is a very good teacher of what we need to avoid but it's also a hard lesson learned.
