Hi Will. Exactly what Susan said. I am not sure what kind of job you have but if it is more desk like, then you may not have a problem. You just have to be sure you can keep water with you at all time. Getting in 64 oz at first is very difficult so you will be drinking/sipping all day - except around meals. Nope, no chugging - just sip sip sipping. And you are not supposed to use a straw either. It will be difficult going back to work because you will be really weak after two weeks. It took me about 5 weeks to get some of my strength back - about the time I moved to soft foods. So, you really need to take it easy if you do go back to work that soon and just pay attention to your body and make sure you stay hydrated and don't over do it. Take care of yourself.

Hey Will,          I noticed when I went back to work after two months( I had severe nausea after surgery)  I found it difficult to get in all my water, therefore I set a reminder on my e-mail that popped up every hour and reminded me to drink, this helped!!!  I am very bad about getting busy working for 11 attorneys I would forget to drink, but this helped, it sounds silly but if you find yourself having a problem in this area, try it and see if this will help you.  I drank nothing bu****er prior to surgery, but now water by itself does not seem to make my stomach  very happy and Crystal Light was too strong for me right after surgery, but I discovered Water Sensations and they helped so much, however now I love Crystal Light White Tea with Blueberry!!!   Take all the time you need, remember your life and success depends on it!!!  Your job will be there when you are well and healthy, you do not want to go back too soon, only to find your health suffer because you returned too soon!!!! Best of Luck,  Shelia

Thanks so much for the cheesecake tip... and I do not have it very often now. Just maybe a couple of times in the whole year. It would definately be a problem food for me. Portion control has always been my main cause for obesity.. I would tend to eat beginning at 2 or 3 in the afternoon and go till midnight (grazing). Good question Will........are you getting excited too?
