urgent prayer needed - non OH family

I just got a phone call from one of our employees. His 5 year old son was transported from Summit Hospital to Vanderbilt last night. The child has a diaphragm hernia. His lower organs have shifted into the chest cavity and moved his heart. He is in a coma and is on full life support. At this time, they are not able to detect any brain activity. They can't operate for the hernia until they stabilize him. Please lift this family in prayer. The child's name is Elijah.

Lord you know our needs, and you know about Elijah. Lord we lift this little child of yours to be made well, and to be with his parents. Give them the strength to deal with all this. If you need Elijah, Lord, that is your will. Please give the parents the strength to accept their loss and the courage to go on with life. I put this in your capable hands. Amen
