Post Op Menu Ideas

I am doing Lap also. He told me that I should be in the hospital for about 3 days and out of work for 3-4 wks. I am shooting for the myself. I have pretty good insurance so I will get 100% of my pay for the first 4 weeks that I am out!!! That'll work! LOL! Can you tell any difference since you had the B12?

Yes, I woke up very early this morning and went to the mall at 8:00 a.m.  for a walk. Then  I went to McDonalds for scrambled eggs $1.33 and decaf coffee that I drank 30 minutes after eggs.   I could not eat all of the eggs after 15 min I was full and tired of chewing. The B-12 shot has really boosted my energy level  I feel like I am 18...LOL. I am getting prepared for church tomarrow.  Let me know when you get your surgery date. I will be in agreement with you for a speedy recovery. Tiff
