I have nothing witty to say here...sorry

Well, just a note to say that BlueCare requested additional information that is above what is on the Medicaid list. Since today is July 16^th there is no way to have surgery before August 1^st when my Medicare starts; once that takes over and until QMB is approved it will take anywhere from 60-90 days and then up to 45 days for approval of surgery.

And that is where I’m at now…not really I’m very pissed, hurt, sad, just everything bad. I’ve spent most of the day on the phone with people that could give a damn about me. August 1^st will be the 5^th year that I have been trying to have surgery and this time is my tenth time at being turned down.

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone, you all have been very kind and I’m sorry that I couldn’t be another success story here.

Keith: You may have some kind of record for the most denials.  Just think of all of this horrible stuff as small battles in your effort to win the war!  Maybe because of all of this, you will write the next book on how to win against all odds!
