Yes I am alive, just not well..LOL

I know I havent been around lately.  There has been so much going on with my Mom and then my trip to vegas with BE.  I came home on Thursday and I have this cold/sinus infection with laryngitis.  I had it some Saturday, but now there is NO voice at all.  And let me tell ya, the hubby is sooooo happy!  I was glad to meet everyone at the luncheon Saturday.  What a great crowd!  I am glad there are so many newbies coming!  Thank you Susan for all you do with that.  Genghis grill looked awesome.  I told hubby that we are going to have to try the one up here soon! I have posted my vegas pics at www.dropshots.com/PDVegas if any of ya want to see them.  Kym and Mary were there.  We had a ball. I hope to be around here more and I hope to get my voice back!!! Hugz!

Paula, I am sorry you are feeling so bad  , you should have told those germs that what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.   As for you dh, let him know you are making a list  , so you don't forget anything when you get your voice back. I enjoyed looking at the pics and it reminded me of my two trips to Vegas, both before surgery, I didn't have as much fun as you girls did, I couldn't get around good.  Guess I need to go back. Also, just an added note, I bet you are in more pics during this trip than your whole life before WLS.  You actually look happy, not put on smile so we can get this over with. Definitely no more camera shyness.   I am so happy that you got to go on this trip. Love ya Darlene
