It was a great time....and you only have 8 days to go..... I know how excited you are.....it will be here before you know it. The excitement is just beginning and btw.....you have a fabulous smile..... See you next month....

Oh...you are so sweet! I just went to Wal-Mart to buy some various types of Crystal Lite and stuff to drink for the next week. I also bought a couple of books and a cute little blender to make my shakes in. I'm just so excited! Keep me in your prayers. I am trying to be really positive about this liquid phase. I told my husband that he was going to be joining us next month at the Lunch Bunch and I think that he is really excited! He wants to meet everyone, too. Thanks so much for your kindness toward those of us who are new. You'll never know how much it means to me. Freddie
