Ouchie Pouchie
I had eaten some peanuts prior to lunch... and also drank some grape flavored dasani water... and when lunch got here, I was not hungry. But I got some mixed vegs and grilled tuna steak... the tuna was dry but I only had 5 teeny tiny bites. I hate wasting and needed the protein so took it back to my desk. Well I sat here with it, and thought "Melinda you best get some protein" but wasn't hungry. I nibbled around on it, and all of a sudden, my pouch started hurting!
I unbuttoned and unzipped my pants to get any pressure off, but there wasn't any (hey, remember the fat days when your pants were always too tight? OK I cant get that out of my mind... first thing you do when your stomach hurts is unzip your pants)! Anyway... back to my story. So I just got really still and quiet and took about a 20 minute break at my desk. I feel a bit better. Do you guys still have this happen? Is it too much food or is it stuck? I can't tell!
