Tonight I am going to my first nut class since surgery. I have missed the other 2 wow its hard to believe I had RNY more then 2 months ago. I know I am gonna learn alot. I know its gonna help me find more ways to get the protein in. I will meet people in my area that has had surgery or going to have surgery. I like Angie our nut, She is really nice. So heres to learning more. Annrenee

Good Afternoon Annrenee! Good for you! If you get any great ideas pass them along! I didn't have to do nut. classes but did have to meet with them before surgery and after. Have a great day!
