ANY CHATTANOOGANS HERE???
Hi Eric:
Welcome to the board. I am from Dalton but had my WLS @ Memorial with Dr Rutledge. I have worked in Chatt. over 20 years and guess I claim it as home even though I am a huge (pardon the pun) Georgia fan.
Sure would like to invite you to our wedsneday support group meetings at the weight loss center at Memorial. We start at noon and weigh at about 12:45 every week. The folks that run the group are great and the others that attend with me are all super peeps. We have very good discussions and I don't know how I would get from week to week with out it.
Any way I have had great success with my surgery and pray that yours will go as well. I have lost over 80 lbs. since my initial consult with the doc and I feel GREAT!!!!!!!!!!

I appreciate the feedback. I am glad to hear that your surgery and results have gone so well. I would love to come to the weekly support group, but because of my work schedule, I can only do the monthly one because its in the evening. I love Memorial. They have been so great since I went to them in June. They have worked their butts off to help me get whatever I needed. Dr. Sass is the best! At my initial consult, he came in and talked to me about my history, explained the surgery and then showed me HIS before/after pics!! My fiance' and I were floored!!! To think that he understand not only the medical side of it but the physical side as well. That made me really feel comfortable. I will definitely be updating my page and let you know what's going on. Thanks again!
