That is wonderful Juanita! You've come a long way! Congratulations on your 14 month surgiversary. You're inspiring to many!
Today is my 15 month surgiversary. These past few months have been a roller coaster for me and the weight has been a lot harder to come off. I have an appt. with my surgeon tomorrow. I'm a nervous wreck b/c 1) I haven't lost much weight since my last appt and 2) I'm pregnant. I just wonder what he'll say about that. I'm more concerned over the fact that I have only lost 10lbs since the end of march. I had lost more but the scale is not being friendly this morning. I think it is all the salty crackers and stuff that I keep shoving in my mouth. They really help with my queasy stomach. Of course, I haven't felt like exercising at all. Oh well. Wish me luck tomorrow.
Again, congratulations!!
I wouldn't worry about it hon. You have done great! The fact that you are pregnant should explain not wanting to work out and having to eat what stays down or helps queeziness. I'm sure your not the first they have had that gets preg after WLS.I'm sure they will be estatic about that. As for slow weight loss since march you are or were still losing so that is always a good thing. Good luck Tom, let us know how it goes! Happy 15 month Surgiversary!!!!
