Yippie! I got a surgery date!!!!

I'm glad you like "our" doctor as much as the rest of us do. Didn't we tell you he was easy to talk to?
July 23rd? If you are coming to luncheon on the 14th, we can make that your send off celebration. I know you will be on liquids so we'll leave it up to you as to whether you feel you can handle it. You can bring your own liquid or we can make sure we go somewhere that has a good brothy soup.
I hate that I had to miss dinner and the meeting last night. How was the meeting?
I'm still not feeling well. If I'm not feeling better in the morning, I will try to get in to see my PCP. I will probably call Dr. Spaw's office too just in case.

P E A C E - It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.
Yes, "our" doctor is wonderful!!! I can't believe how easy he is to talk to. And he actually listened when I talked. Amazing!!!!
Bless your heart! I figured something had happened...I went to Chili's and no one ever showed so I just went home. My teenager was pitchin' a fit anyway. I didn't get to go to the meeting because I got so frustrated with my child.
Anyway, I hope you will be feeling better very soon. I told Dr. Spaw that you were a wonderful advocate for his practice. He was very to happy to hear that he was so well thought of. I don't know if I will be able to be at the luncheon or not but if I can...I will.
Thanks for being you, Susan. You are a real inspriation to those of us just beginning the journey!
