Update

size 4???? oh wow....that has to be the most jubilent feeling.... I cannot imagine. The smallest I can remember being is a size 10.  That felt pretty amazing...so size 4 must be incredible.

don't worry about the food issue....you have done so well this far....you will succeed at this step too....  size 4???? you go girl!!!!

You are doing so wonderful to have already met your goal, I am 32 pounds away from my goal of 140 as of today, I can't imagine ever being a size "4" that just seems like a fairy tale to me, you are Cinderella in my book!!!
