Update

Sorry I have been absent as of late...  have an update or two. First, I almost died when my co-worker who works part time at Macy's picked up three pairs of pants for me... size 4.  I thought for sure, maybe one pair will fit.  They all three fit and one actually feels too loose.  I am elated!  Plus, extra happy because they were on sale and got them all for $35. Second, I have had some difficulties eating lately.  Being at my goal of 130, I have to start adding calories now to STOP losing weight.  Ok we all know, when you do something for 9 months, its hard to do something totally different.... so I have been sick off and on all week.   I tried to increase my caloric intake each meal but it just isn't going well.  So I am trying something new today.  Had a snack between breakfast and lunch of 2 tbsp peanut butter which added 200 calories.  I just can't eat all that much food ! Third, I have people coming up to me at work, AGAIN, saying Stop Losing!  I got sick Weds. and had to go home early and lay down... now the reason is because I;m really trying to stop losing... but my exec director called me to see how I was doing, and sent me an email saying in her opinion, that I needed to stop now.  Ok I get the message.  But I am trying!  It is just going to take some adjustments to see what works best for me. And, last Friday I had my plastic surgery consult.  I am excited about this.  The doctor said I would lose an additional five pounds from excess skin and fat when its removed.  He said do not lose any more weight... point taken (as discussed above).  He said I don't need the lower body lift, just a tummy tuck/abdominoplasty/panniculectomy/lipectomy whichever term you want to use, and my upper inner thighs.  I hope insurance will approve the tummy tuck!  PULEEZ DEAR LORD IF YOU EVER HEARD ME HEAR ME NOW! lol

I guess this is about it.  In a nutshell.  If anybody has gotten to goal and has some pointers, please send them my way!

You Tiny Thing!! Size 4!! WOW how awesome. I'm sorry your having problems eating, I know it must be such a big adjustment after all this time of being able to eat so little and now having to try to eat more. Frustrating I can imagine. Just hang in there. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Every time I have someone ask or say something about it being a 4, I think, "do they wonder if I am lying?"  I think I might be lying to myself.  If I didn't have the tag inside the pants, i would swear someone was playing a sick trick on me!!  My mind finally got used to 6s, but its not prepared for the 4s really.   I tried on the size 2s at Target, and had the stomach been gone, I could have buttoned the suckers.  THAT is even all the more like WOW WOW WOW.  Are you friggin dreamin and if so, dont ever wake up!?

Wow!!!  I have to say how happy I am for you but I hate to admit I am a little jealous too...okay, a LOT jealous, lol!  I have been stuck at the same size now since late April...I can't figure out what the devil is going on!  Any pointers from a true "loser" for me?

OMG Kym!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look at you! You have nothing to be jealous of, you are doing an amazing job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have been losing very quickly. Give your body time to adjust to all of the changes you are making.

You may lose down to a very skinny look before you are able to bounce back up to where you want to be. My sister-in-law did that...she lost down to where she looked gaunt and then gained about 15 lbs back and has stabilized there. She looks great now and she has very little extra skin to deal with. I, on the other hand, have a lot of skin to deal with and the scales is bouncing around with the same 4 lbs. Size 4? Even if you put 2 of them together I couldn't get in them.

Congrats on the size 4, and I seriously hope you start feeling better when you try to eat.  I hate being sick and I'm sure you do too! Hugs,
