Chocolate Peanut Butter Protien Shake

I just thought I would share an out of this world   protein shake   recipe.  I love chocolate   and peanut butter   together, therefore I thought I would try this and it is wonderful, we all are looking for great protein shakes  .    1 scoop of Chocolate Matrix 5.0

Water

SF Peanut Butter DaVinvi Syrup I blend it all together in my Magic Bullet and it is wonderful. This has 120 calories, 2 grams of fat, 4 carbs, and 23 grams of protein.  

That sounds so yummy!! Who don't love chocolate and peanut butter and even better together!! I wonder if when I have to do the 1 week of protein drinks /1 frozen meal daily thing if I couldn't have some of those instead of some of the SlimFast low carb drinks, it has even more protein in that.   Since the other has 200cals about I could have like 2 for the price of one and get 46 grams of protein YAY! :-)

Talk to your doctor first if you have NOT yet had the surgery... The main reason they want us to lose the weight before we have it, is to shrink our liver or so that was what the doctors told me.  That drink sounds WONDERFUL i'm going to have to try that out tonight.  I broke down and got myself a magic bullet.  I thought about getting that bottle with the ball in it (the ball is like a wire wisk but it's in the shape of a ball instead of the normal wisks that have handles and are oval) but it can't crush up ice, anyways I want my drinks with ice I tried a drink yesterday that was just NASTY Slimfast CAN drinks are just so yucky.  I tried the strawberry and I had to throw it away so much for my $5.99 for 6 cans. Anyone know of any other drinks that are good?  I was told of one icebored or something like that but I can't remember the name of it and when I called GNC the guy said he'd never heard of anything like that.   I also called every GNC store located in and around Nashville and none of them carry the New Whey Protein Bullets that are the 3 oz's of jello liquid consistancy plastic little bottles each bottle has 42grams of protein I've only seen those online.  I'm scared to buy stuff online does or has anyone used the http://store.bariatriceating.com website??  Is the chocolate matrix 5.0 sold at Walmart or where can I get some of it, I wanna try that. The drink you are probably thinking of is Isopure and in my opinion it is N-A-S-T-Y!!!!! You can get them at GNC but make sure you keep your receipt in case you don't like it. You can return items to GNC if you have your receipt (even if you have opened it). They are also pricey. You may want to go to bariatriceating.com and order a sample pack to help you find a protein that you like. That is also where you can purchase the Matrix 5.0. If you have not yet had your surgery, you will want to wait until after surgery to sample the protein powders and purchase a large container. Your tastes will change a lot after surgery and what you like pre-op may taste and smell awful to you after surgery.

Thanks!  I did go out and get the Isopure drinks but I only got 3 of the bottle ones then I put them in the fridge and got the Icy Orange to where it is almost frozen but not quite, well I then tried it and I am impressed with it.  However as it was getting warmer I had to put it back in the fridge it was gross tasting when it's not cold!!! I didn't want to try the mix powders because they cost so much like $55 for the isopure powder mixes.  If they are anything like the icy orange then they would have to be in an icy form before I would drink it.  I found an icy maker from walmart it's in the shape of a penquin for only $15.00 and it works great!
