I now exercise 4-5 times a week sometimes more. I started with water aerobics in the beginning, now I use ellipical for 30 min, weight machines as well. I still have saggy skin areas but no telling how bad it would have been if I didn't exercise or use weights. Try different things and find what works for you or what you enjoy. I plan on meeting with a personal trainer soon as a treat to myself to learn what more I can do to boost things up. Good luck to you!!
