How do I mix the Unjury supplements?  I know I can't have milk post-op so what do you guys mix yours in?  My brain is telling me that there aren't that many options.  Any suggestions??? Thanks a bunch!!! Lisa

Hi Lisa, I have been on a liquid diet for a few weeks now.  The Unjury gets more bearable as time goes by.  I took mine in the chicken broth that they gave me at the hospital and then at home.  I was using plain chicken broth but found the ramen noodle packet tastier for me.  I know it is high in sodium, but it tastes a lot better then plain.   I did not like it in drinks or other foods.  Good luck tomorrow.  It is well worth it.   Beth

Thank you Beth.  I do fully rely on God!!!  He will get me through my surgery tomorrow.  I just now tried lemonade by Crystal Light and mixed in a strawberrry protein sample packet by Unjury.  Pretty tasty.  I will definitely try the ramen noodle packet with an unflavored supplement.  Thanks for the idea!! Are you able to have the EAS low carb Advantage shakes? they sell them at walmart and are very low in sugar, carbs, etc.  BUT I will tell you, if you get these, be very careful and get the low carb low sugar... there is one of the same brand for weight lifters and it will make you sick. Its high in sugar ad carbs
