One Year TODAY!
Yep it has been one year since I had the surgery that changed my life. I went to my one year follow up Friday and they were very pleased. The ideal % of body fat is to be between 23-34 %. I am 29%! He said he could tell by the numbers that I exercise *** yeah). This has been a great ride. I encourage all of you to get in your protein and start moving. I cannot stress how important it is. And let me tell ya, I dont miss pizza and fast food. I feel way to good and that junk is no longer a part of my life.

That is wonderful that your appointment went well. I am really happy for you. You have accomplished so much this past year and you look great! Well now your year is behind you and you can take all you have learned and experienced this past year to go live a long, healthy, and normal life. Fast food- yuck. I can not stand fast food anymore and I used to live on fast food three times a day so I never thought I would ever say I hated fast food. What a crazy year!!

Yes I agree . Great ride. Great new life. Great to not be obese anymore. Great to get my rear carcass out of the chair and move around... walking 2 miles, sometimes more a day, and doing my exercises. I am there with ya sis.
