The syrups are SF flavoring that you can add to your shakes to make different flavors, one example if you have the Matrix 5.0 chocolate protein powder, you can add Peanut Butter syrup to it and have a SF peanut butter  chocolate shake or if you like fruitty flavors, you can add the fruit flavors to yougart for a different taste, or to Any Whey protein powder that does not have any flavor to make your own treat.  Another thing that does not have protein, but is good to get your liquids in on hot days, is to, used shaved ice and the watermelon syrup to have a snow cone type treat, or any other flavor of your choice. Connie knows of a lot more things you can do with it as well!!!  She also has the Cinnamon Bliss that you hear us talk about and it is good to add to the AchievOne drinks to give it a little different twist.  Give Connie a call on Tuesday and tell her that I sent you, therefore she knows you are from OH. Shelia, Thanks I got some sf divinci french vanilla syrup from walmart after I became diabetic, The watermelon mmmmm thats sounds great and the chocolate and peanut butter mmmmm, thanks for the ideas.  I will call her tue and tell her that you gave me her number I sure wish knoxville had a store that had this stuff in it. I like the cappicino achiev..."crack"....I got the mocha ones too but I like the cappicino better....I got some chocolate matrix but haven't experimented it with it yet.

Janice,         I did not think to mention this yesterday, but the Magic Bullets are a wonderful way to mix your shakes.  They make it much faster, less mess and very easy to do, well worth the sixty dollars.  I am feeling some better, I do believe it is my headache that is causing the nausea.  I just ate and we hope it stays down...... if not I will contnue my liquids.  However, back to you, it sounds like you should take the Choc. Matrix and mix it with water and ice for dinner tonight!!!

Shelia, I have to tell you this funny story.....a couple of weeks ago someone posted that they had seen the magic bullets on sale at the Dollar Store.... I was really surprised......for one, that someone was talking about buying magic bullets on the website....and two that they had magic bullets at the Dollar store.....then finally I realized what a magic bullet was.....leave it to me to mess up a soup sandwich. Yes....I was thinking about a different magic bullet. Anyway, I would like to buy one of those, but my finances right now don't allow for anything extra. I did just start selling Avon on the side to make a few extra dollars....maybe I will be able to afford one soon..... I am happy you are feeling a bit better....I am going to the kitchen now and mixing some chocolate matric...water and ice... wish me luck..... I think half my problem with all this is in my head....I keep telling myself I am being a big baby. anyway.....girl.....you get better and quickly ..... jancy
