6 month appointment

Today I went to my 6 month appointment with Dr. Olsen, the Exercise Physiologist, and Nutritionist. I was told that I am considered a success already at this point. I have lost a total of 93 lbs., weighing in at 150 lbs., and am at 81% of my end goal. I lost 21 lbs. in the last two months. This is very exciting when you hear it at your doctor's appointment. I didn't think I was going to meet my goal of 150 lbs. by this date, but just skimmed in at that. Now I have to come up with a goal for my 9 month appointment in September. I've heard that your weight loss slows down, so I'll have to think about my next goal.
