hey all, I watched the Trya Banks show today, It was about people and weight loss surgery and then the extra skinn being removed. There were other things to but the show really hit home with me. The thing with me and why it caused me to cry is I see my self in all the people that were on there, No I dont have 3 or 4 hundred pounds to lose I have 100 but it feels like 500,I did this for my health. I have had a rocky start its what maybe benn 6 weeks since my journey began, I have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia and I have not and I mean NOT been able to exercise or even walk.:( the weight I have lost 29 or 30 pds has made my breast sag and I already see my belly saging more I alread had a hangover.  They will not let me exercise till I get this pinched nerve in my neck and right arm under control. But I can walk(I need a push) But there isnt anyone in my area to push me, the fatigue is horrible and the pain from the fibro and the pinch nerve and the other stress I am under that is where what energy I have that is where its going...... I do not know what to do.  I feel gulity,  there is always something holding me back.....(mostly myself?)  Re reading this I guess i am having a pitty party someone PLEASE snap me out of this..............

I live off Cedar Bluff and work in Louisville.  If you want, pick a couple nights a week and I will come over and walk with you after work.  We can walk this weekend if you want.

Can you take 20-30 minutes Monday around 5:30pm?  My office is on Topside Road.  If you live close to Maryville it shouldn't be far and I can swing by, throw on a shirt I don't mind getting all sweaty, and walk. PM me your address and I'll be there.

Mondays is a tough day after weekend and hubby and I try to do things then he lays down before he has to work monday night.  BUT GUESS WHAT I JUST walked I walked around our block. I live off Western Ave. doyou know where that is. Fair oaks sub. off Mckamey in between Middle Brook and Western. We dont live to far from eachother, Thank you so much for offering to help me and get me walking. Wen it hits me to walk that is when I have to walk.  Its very hard for me to plan things or walking because of the fibro and chronic fatigue. email me [email protected]  let me know in the subject line who you are so I dont delete it.  We will figure something out  Thanks again.  Hubby trys to help but he gets so tried after he comes in about 9 or so AM and he has to work at night.

annrenee2, I know it may not seem like much but if you can, stand behind a chair or if you have a walker and walk in place if you cannot do more than a few steps at a time. Every little bit helps. Please don't think I don't understand what you are going through...I have had to push myself and even then some days I am just out and out lazy....but if you have to sit and let the pain go away and start again then do it.... If you really enjoy music you could mix a cd of special walking music that would help keep you moving it really helped when I used to walk at the gym... I would make a tape of some upbeat and not so fast music and I would sing along when the pain got bad..... May not be everyone's cup of tea but it might help!!! I wished I lived closer...I would do whatever I could to help out!! Just keep positive.. you CAN do it!!!! I believe in you !!!! :)
