Finally!!!

 I finally hit below 250 mark!! I felt like it was never gonna happen. At my year post op they finally told me my goal. My NUT said they would be happy if I could reach the 240 mark and I am almost there!! This moring weighed in at 248. There goal range for me she said is 190-240. I am well on my way folks!! Also had a wow yesterday. At beginning of my journey a lady at work gave me some Levi jeans that at that time I could not even get past my hips. Yesterday I put them on and guess what? They were too big!!! HA!  Gotta love it!! Will you guys join me in a happy dance??

Juanita, I use to dance and was good at it and roller skating but since the fibro and the fatigue I havent been able to.  BUT I WILL DO IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Whoo Hoo! That is great. I am glad your appointment went well. You have accomplished so much this past year. Could you have ever imagined that you would be that close to your Dr's goal in one year. It is just amazing to think about that. I know I can't believe it for myself. Time to Party!
