Weekend Plans?

 I haven't posted in a while. Just thought I would see what everyone had planned for the weekend. Anyone going to Duke Fest? : O)  Hope you guys are doing well and have a great Weekend!!

What is Duke Fest? I plan on working on the bathroom we've been adding to our house. I have to finish tiling the floor. We'll see if my knee will allow me to work on it.

They are having a Duke Fest in town. You ever watch Dukes Of Hazard? Well they plan on having cast members there as well as over 200 General Lee's on display. Try not to wear yourself out on your bathroom

That sounds like s great plan to me. Anything to save gas these  days.

I am celebrating the big 4-0!  A close friend from GA came up and we are going to the Scottish Highland Games in Glasgow KY where my dh will be wearing his kilt!  He has bonnie knees!

Happy Birthday to you!!!!  I thought of you while I was at my reunion...we stayed in the usual hotel in neighboring Lafayette and there was a couple staying in the room next to us.  I noticed they had a tag on their car that said, "Scottish Highland Games, 2005, Glasgow"  I told them I had a friend whose husband went there and they said I was the first traveler they had talked to that had even heard of them.  Red Boiling Springs is not far from Glasgow...my sisters and most of my family are buried in Gamaliel...just south of Glasgow.  Have fun and happy birthday!
