Checking In
For something more detailed, click on my photo, but in a nutshell:
I'm staying below 1500 calories a day and I don't really restrict myself from eating anything, but except for one or two days I am always below that limit and usually lower. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I drink water and tea almost exclusively.
For exercise I ride my recumbent cycle an hour a day and I walk every day. Sometime soon I will be looking to integrate some resistance training.
I think think big numbers I am putting up right now are largely due to the fact that I have big numbers to lose and that it will slow down when I get into the 300s and especially the 200s. As I've said elsewhere, right now it feels like stealing, but I'll take it any way I can get it.
Hi Bert! You have done a fantastic job losing 75 pounds in a coupld of months. What an inspiration. I am sure you have to be feeling so much better healthwise. Keep up the great work and keep us updated on how you are doing. I am so happy for you.
