Isopure has a clear protein drink that is easily absorbed, make sure you get the zero carb ones. They carry them at GNC and Vitamin Shoppe. They are pricey at 3 something a bottle but were wonderful when I needed energy. HUGGS

Thank you I will go and check to see if I can find it.  If its clear does it have a taste?  Do you need to drink a whole bottle to get your energy back or just drink on it all day I think thats what I remember you saying. Twyana was talking about no energy too and I dont know if she has seen this posting so I am gonna call her.  I have some energy water and hydrating water. I am getting very board with the taste... any help on that one lol Annrenee

You also need to make sure you're getting plenty of protein and water. These too can have a huge impact of your energy level. Also, I've heard some people have better experiences with a monthly injection of B12 instead of the sublingual. hope that helps :-) april

April, Since I already have Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia,  I have been on daily b12 injections I would give my self little to no prevail of helping with energy.  But trying my protein and water. Annrenee
