Hey group, I am experiencing a lot of fatigue, Today I was spose to go and have monthly blood work NPO after midnight and this am I woke up so exhusted.... I also talked with someone yesterday feeling the same way.  This am I knew I could not go anywhere with out eating and taking vit B.  I guess what I am asking has any one found out something more that help the fatigue.  It is so hard when you can not put that foot in front of the other.  Now with me I do suffer from Chronic Fatigue, and Fibromyalgia.  I am talking sub, B12 anyone got any other idea to boost that energy. It's normal to have fatigue at this stage. I know that I didn't start getting back to normal until about 2 months out. Remember, your body is still recovering from major surgery. You may have an even harder time due to the chronic fatigue. It's just going to take time. Hopefully, as your weight goes down, the CF will improve.

I could tell when I wasn't getting in enough protein at that stage. Isopure Clear was still my best friend I sipped on one constantly. No they aren 't the best tasting but I felt better for it. Beth B. in TN

Hi Annrenne. You are still recovering from a major surgery. You are not going to be up and running any marathon soon. It takes several weeks for your energy level to come back. I know it took me a couple of months. Protein, protein and protein will help. Make sure you are taking all of your vitamins and getting in as much protein as you can. And do not miss your blood check appointments if you can prevent it. . Those are soo very important. The blood tests results can show how you are doing and if there is a reason you are do tired. So, make sure you keep those appointments if at all possible. Hang in there. Your energy level will improve a little at a time.
