Good mornig!
Good morning everyone. I have been so busy this week. We went to Memphis Wed for the second nut class and then came back and walked I thought I would melt into a big greasy blob but got it done. Iam the reason we are having this dry spell if it rains then I don't have to walk. Good luck to you too. It gets easier the more you do it. I must admit I fought it hard at first. I woukd fake being sick and go back to bed and sleep and then feel guilty the rest of the day. I still have days when that 3 miles seems like it takes forever. I am getting faster did it in 1hour 15 minutes this morning. Please start off slow so you don't make yourself sore. I wish I could go back to lifting weights but I have a bad rotater cup and bone spurs in my left sholder and it hurts to much to lift now. I wanted to get surgery last year but my breathing was so bad that they wouldn't do it unless I lost some weight So I just walk and do aerobics. Lee Lee
