Just tried South Beach Diet Pizza. It was the Grilled Chicken with veggies. OMG it was so good!!! 330 calories 30 g protein. I couldn't eat the whole thing so saving the rest for later. Found it in Frozen diet entrees at Super Walmart.
that does sound good. Plus all that protein. Three of those a day and you would get in all the protein that you need plus maybe one shake. Thanks, I'll have to get me some next weekend when I get paid. Love the Kat
i've tried them....the crust seems too doughy for me for some reason no longer how long i cook it for. I still like making mine on low carb tortillas best :-)
