big time PC problems help

THIS is a new pc I have no clue what the problem is says some about window explorer has stoped working, I have no clue any ideas.... If this one crashes I am in for it.. Annrenee

Annrenee, Do you have windows vista?  I have this same window come up and it diagnosis the problem and then restarts, so far I haven't crashed, but it is annoying. Darlene

YES but it wont fix the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!! grrrr I have to keep hitting the restart program or check online and restart prgram and its so slow we have only had this a few weeks step son has been on my space when it started claims he didnt do anything.  he crashed my other pc well the kids did with pics and music he can not downlod anything on this and nothing has been. I need someone here in knoxville to help me.  well off to my tooth being pulled :( hope to get on later if its works right. Annrenee
