Jacqui's jeans

OK Jacqui first of all let me say thanks for the two pairs of jeans. Second of all, I had an accident in a pair of them when I got home. I could not wait to try them on... so immediately I took my skorts off when I got into my bedroom... and I dont know exactly how the new carpet played into it... but I wish I had a video to see it in slow motion... it felt like it happened in slow motion anyway... but I stuck my left leg into the pants, then was going for the right... and those pants legs are so thin.... I just fell right over on the floor! Yes you heard me right. I fell over on the floor in slow motion, I knew it was going to happen when my foot got caught. I just laid there and went ahead hurriedly to try on my new jeans. Lets just say I got them on but there is no way in heck that I was going to get those babies zipped up daggonnit!! But now I have a new goal. To get into my new jeans that my new friend gave me, and next time I will have to remember to sit down and try them on. I might break something next time....

ohhh melinda!!! lol, that story is too cute. you'll be passing those babies down sooner than you think. it was so nice meeting you today!!! hopefully i'll see you guys again next month. i had fun!!!!

OOOOO lordy Thank you for the laugh the sad thing is I would have done the same thing I get into trouble doing stuff like that all the time DH has to tell everyone that I will trip over the only cord in the room even if i am not near it LOL. Glad you are not hurt. YOU will get into those jeans....... Annrenee

What size are the jeans? I can zip 4/6 size skirts so I probably could have zipped them right up. You sound like me on a daily basis. I'm always tripping over something or falling down. I would liked to have been a fly on your way watching in slow motion. Love ya, Kathy

Kathy the jeans are 8s, American Eagle by levi strauss. Girl you aint gettin my new jeans. I needed and found something and someone to emulate... Jacqui is so small and I thought now dangit why cant I be that small? so I am gonna keep on keepin on and believe that I can get down smaller than I am... I dont know whats underneath all this fatty skin... I am gonna be suprised... so I'm 7 mos out and jacqui is one year, I am gonna say OK OK that is what I can be in one yr. dont lose site of the goal... keep on going. dont look back, dont get tired and sit down and quit. I have a new goal now and its to get IN THOSE BLASTED JEANS! My mother laughed when I told her I fell over trying to get those jeans on....

These jeans sound like that they are going to be known as the "Losers Traveling Pants" Anyone get it, from the movie????

I had to let you know...after talking about how you were able to get the denim skort a size smaller. Hubby and I went to Sam's today and I got a dark denim skort from there, size 10... and I believe I need a size 8.

HAHAHAHAHA, funny you mentioned that!!! Connie, Elena and I went to Sam's after the meeting yesterday and I got a Black denim skort yesterday in a size 14!!.... I was putting it on under my dress to see if it fit, waiting on security to come get me any minute, it fit!!!!, I also got the green and black top in an XL, large fit, but I am still not comfortable yet!! (will get there someday) You should have seen all of our faces!!!
