Cold Morning

It sure is cold this morning it feels like I'm back in Ohio. 43 outside 69 inside I felt like turning the heat on. I've been tring to get off of coffee but not this morning. I don't know why I get so cold anymore. What is it going to be like after my sugery? I've only lost 28 lbs and I am freezing. I hope everyone has a good day. Take your vitamins and do some exercing. Cold here on knoxville tooo. yes I did have about 1/2 cup of coffee since surgery During the after noon I get cold so I drink diet hot coco. I sweat and chill at night probably because i have gone through so much and there is was so much infection in me. Annrenee

Lee lee, Hate to tell you this, but you will probably freeze when you have surgery. The July after I had my surgery, I was wearing thermal underwear and sweaaters, and sleeping in flannel pjs and socks. That winter was really hard on my I stayed cold all the time, couldn't get warm at all. It does level out some when all your hormones settle back out after a while. Darlene

Oh no I won't know how to act I have always been a hot momma. Darlene are we still on for the 22nd? Don't forget the round table tonight. About time to go take my nap so I can stay up tonight. Hi, since losing 179 lbs and having to have blood thinners put into my med-port, I stay chilled. Just a little breeze and I get goosebumps. I seriously don't think my winter jacket is going to be put away and neither are the sweatshirts or sweaters. Try and stay warm and healthy. Love Kathy
