Sheila ear surgery today - our prayers are with you!

Hey guys, I have not felt well since I got up, I have been very dizzy, actually I fell when I got out of the bed and hit my head on the wall and bed, I have a big knot on the back of my head now. My right ear has been in severe pain since I got up, my left ear is tolerable, I guess the numbing meds have worn off. I called the doctor and he said that this happens sometimes, especially with the severe infection and damage that I had to the right ear drum that they repaired. I broke down and let him call me in some liquid Loratab for me to take for a few days to help with the pain, but the dizzyness will have to pass in time. I will have to admit, my stomach has been so torn up that I have had a hard time holding down anything, I have been everthing I have tried to put in it, ever since I got up, flashback from after surgery, except I know it is just the pain, however this time NO ISOPURE !!!! I have my Crack instead!!!!!!! Love Yall, Shelia

Take care of yourself and just lay around til the dizziness passes, I fell twice in the past month from an inner ear infection and I had 5 stitches in my head (fell in walmart), and tore ligaments and muscles in my left wrist (fell out my front door). So from experience, take it easy and don't make any quick movements. Get well soon. Darlene

I've never had this surgery, but this sounds almost exactly what my mom went through with it. Luckily, it improved very rapidly so hopefully that will happen for you! Keep us posted!

Hi Sheila, So sorry you're feeling poorly right now and hope it passes quickly for you. If you need ANYTHING give me a call, you know I'm right down the road.
