Good Morning To You All!!!

Another sunny day in Tennessee. I gained a pound and I am in a funk about it, but thats what happens when you cheat. I will have to work harder at all my exercises. It is almost time to start the aerobic part, just wanted to say hey every body another day another dollar as the saying goes. One day closer to surgery. I sure whis it was here old DH is driving me with his constant worries about all the stuff that needs to be taken care. Time to go Hugs & Lee Lee
