Protien Drinks

How many protien drinks do you all get in a day? I get a new whey bullet (42 grams protien) and an achieve one (20 grams) a day...not to mention what I eat at meals. So I'm wondering if I occasionally drink an extra achieve one...will that be too much protien and calories? Just wondering. Thanks!

I drink an average of 1 to 3 a day. Today I have had two, an AO and Chocolate Matrix made to be hot chocolate with toasted marshmallow SF davinci, a little bit of unsweetened whip cream (land o lakes brand) and a sprinkle of cinnamon. It is wonderful. i always loved hot chocolate and now get to have protein ! I also had a yogurt with a squirt of cinnamon bliss.

I tried the cinnamon bliss yesterday at the sugar free store...can I just say...YUM-O! *drool* Tastes just like pralines! I'll have to get some when I get paid.

Can one of you nice ladies tell me where the sugar-free store is? I have got to get me some of this cinnamon bliss you all talk about. Thanks

If you are heading away from town on Murfreesboro Road, before you get to Bell Road/Anderson Lane, the store is in a little strip of small stores on the left hand side just before you reach the Wendy's. There is a day care up at the top of a hill on your right directly across from the store. Their sign is bright yellow and says "It's All Sugar Free". It's just a little place so look for their sign.

The owners of the store are the nicest! And if you bring your pictures: before/after...they will put it up on their board. They also have the davinci suryps, the whey bullets, and they are working on getting some of the vitamins in. Not to mention they have our bariatric crack. You might even see Sheila in there...I think she works there...lol! (Just kidding, Sheila...but you could do a commercial for them).

Oh yeah, I should have told you, they are closed on Sunday and Monday.
