One year ago Today!!:o)

Well folks today is the One Year Anniversary of my surgery. Drum roll please. I have lost total of 160 lbs in a year and fell so much better!! For those of you interested I have posted before and after pictures on my profile. It took me a lot of courage to post the before pictures. I still feel so ashamed of how bad I let myself get. I hope you guys don't get grossed out to much.

You look really great and it just goes to show what can happen when you work the tool that was provided for you. You are really doing awesome keep up the good work.
