Hello

Hi all,went to seminar on past saturday,learn alot and gained alot knowledge.Dr Dyer was the presenter. Got all my paper work filled out ,turn my release form in to my family doctor on Monday,for my medical records.so guess youd say im on my way.im leaning toward the gastric bypass,just have to wait and see i guess.but if everythinng goes alright with insurance and all i guess you say next!lol ill keep ya informed tom

kim, i had a red shirt on with tan stripes ,and i had glases on.im very sorry i didnt speak.if id known that was you i would of spoke,my wife was with me.we was kinda in the middle of the room .
