Hello all
Ok I had a minute and just wanted to pop in and say hello. I have been so busy with everything that is going on in my world. First off, I have been out again for the last week. I got a virus. I also hae been hurting again from where I fell. They have not fixed the problem they have just band aided it for a while and now it hurts again. Bad. I am trying to get the attorney to get me in to see someone again. I have been interviewing at the same time. I had really good one this morning and have some potential leads through friends. I am hoping to hear something tomorrow on one of the jobs but it would delay my surgery and I am ok with that. It woulod mean that I would be doing something that I would be happy with so I would probably drop a little weight just because I could more around more and from having normal hours. I would work 7:30-4 m-t and half a day on Friday. Please pray for me to get this job. I really, really need to get out of Verizon. They are a great company but call center is not for me. Not in the capacity I work in. If I was a supervisor that would be different. I know that whatever happens i will be how God intends it to be. Hope all is well with all of you and will try to get on here more just with starting my MBA I have been busy.
Hi Melissa. I have been wondering how you have been doing. It sounds like you are still hanging in there. I hope you do get that job you want. We all need to find a job that we can be happy at. Every job has its downfall but for the most part, you know when you can handle working that job or not and you really need to enjoy or at least be able to tolerate a job so that you can be happy. I worked in a call center several years ago (Sprint PCS) and would go home crying. It was the worst job I think I ever have. A lot of people do not realize what you go through working in one. It is for some people but just wasn't for me. I am sure there is something out there for you and it will come around when it is time. Keep the faith. So, what about your surgery? Did you say that is pretty much on hold until the job situation is worked out? Sounds like you are busy. If you can, try and let us know how you are from time to time.

I am... Thanks! Shoot me your number again. I didn't save it in my phone. I really hope they offer me the job. The insurance would be Blue Cross and I would have to wait 3 months for the insurance to start. Honestly, I am doing all I can to hang on financially. I am happy in alot of ways though. I know that I will be giving up some things for others. Really, my peace of mind is more important. Do you ever wonder if you are really making the right choice. I want so bad to walk in there and say I quit. Crazy huh! I am ok with where I am and thanks for all the listening. I feel a little bit normal. So how is work?
