Good Weekend?

I'm guessing everyone is having a good, busy weekend since there aren't too many posts! I haved worked all weekend and have Sunday night to still go. At least it's kept my mind off of Tuesday. Anyway, I just wanted to drop a line to say hi and hope everyone is having a great weekend! ~~Elena

Thanks Elena! I am having a pretty good weekend. Yesterday was my nephew's 1st Bday party. He is such a ham for sure! Right now, I'm looking at my dirty house...ugh. So much to do today..cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and I have to go to the gym. I haven't been in over a week! Yesterday, I did 2 miles on the treadmill - alternating between jogging and walking AND I did part of this workout I recorded from Lifetime called My Workout. This episode was abdominal work... I am SOOOO sore I can barely move and I only did 10-15 minutes of it. Well, the house isn't going to clean itself unfortunately. Have a great rest of the weekend! April

April, that's the show I was posting about last week...we must have done the same workout 'cuz one of them recently kicked my butt too! I also do the Denise Austin workout that comes on right before My Workout. I don't like the yoga guy but that one girl that has the cardio circuit training rocks!

Hi Elena, My weekend has been crazy busy! My dad is flying in on Tuesday and I had to finish decorateing the guess room. I'm glad it kept me busy and away from food. This liquid diet has been the hardest thing I have ever done. How are you doing and are you ready to race on Wednesday ?

HOWDY Tywanna, Glad you found something to keep your mind busy. I really haven't felt too nervous, but we'll see Tuesday morning. I too have about had it with this liquid diet and feeling like my stomach is digesting itself. I'm already doing my stretches to warm up for our race Wednesday!!! I had a pretty good weekend... stayed all night with my mom... today we had my birthday dinner. I made a moist chocolate cake (sugar free of course, recipe from bariatriceating.com). I ate my dessert too soon after my lunch and got sick. Had to go lay down for a few hours. Then at supper, I got something stuck again and it scared me to death. I almost called the oncall bariatric surgeon because it felt like an elephant sitting on my chest. the pain radiated even in my back and ribs... my chest, I couldnt hardly breathe. I called Kym and talked to her but then immediately the pain just dissolved... not sure what that was all about but it scared me to death. Other than that, I had a great day.. got gifts. I always love gifts!
