Calcium answers...
Hi guys...I posted this on another board as well so hopefully I'll get lots of answers.
Hi everyone, got a question about calcium. I noticed this morning that AchievOne has 25% of the daily recommended calcium and it got me to wondering...how do we count the calcium in our food? Say for instance, if I have an AO in the morning and a serving of cottage cheese later...can I drop one of my three citrate lozenges for the day or do we not absorb calcium from food? I eat a lot of calcium rich products like cottage cheese, yogurt, and AO and I take 3 calcium citrate lozenges a day...it would sure save money to be able to drop one every now and then. What's your take on this?
