Message to my buddies...I'm in "Onederland"!!!!!!!!
I have a funny story... of course you know about the security guard I like at work.... well the other morning on the way up on the elevator, a friend and I were chatting... the elevator doors opened, and ascending upon us were about 6 security guards getting off work (3rd shift)... well I just kept on chatting away... as soon as we had gotten through them, my friend told me that one of the guards was checking me out! I laughed, I told her how funny she was. She said, "NO Melinda, I am serious!" It wasn't the one I liked... but anyway, I just thought that was funny.
And, I bought a new pair of shorts. They are dockers brand... size ... get ready for this... yes a size 8... well I thought i got lucky. So guess what... Walmart today, tried on a pair of skorts, and guess what? Size 8.... YES I AM NOT KIDDING! Of course i had to buy both pair!!
Well I certainly hope you bought both pairs!!!! I am finally getting into more 16's but they have to be stretchy...I have 2 fourteens that barely fit but they are really stretchy. I am beginning to see a lot of loose skin and I'm freaking out about it...I have really upped my exercise and I hope it takes care of at least some of it but I am still worried!

I bounced BACK up 4lbs, but of course my monthly friend showed her face today so I'm assuming that is what it is. I too have been struggling with carbs very badly these past few weeks. I've noticed I have let myself become more relaxed in my food choices and I haven't been exercising near as much as I have been in the past. But I have recommitted myself with a goal of reaching 180 before June 21st (my next doc appt.) That is 10lbs in a little over a month. And I'm putting my husband on a diet too so that will get rid of the "snacky" things I keep around the house for him. He isn't too happy about it.. but he'll get over it!
Also, I wanted to tell you that I recorded last Monday's My Workout on lifetime.... I just did it this morning.... OH MY FREAKING GOODNESS!! It was the workout for the core with all this abdomen work... I could only do the first 10 minutes of it and now I'm feeling it! Definitely a workout!
who hoo Kym I am so proud of you !! I was hoping to be in onderland by mothers day but sabataged myself with stress eating . I am trying to take this one day at a time . I am still greiveing over haveing Philip taken away from us and very angray that he just wanted the drugs more that he wanted to stay with us .
