Accountability Post - For Thursday
Ok, here it goes:
B- 6 Oz Yoplait Yogurt
L - 4 oz Crock Pot Broccoli, Ckn and Cheese (leftovers)
S - Power Crunch Bar
D - Pastaless lasagna (basically ricotta cheese, hamburger meat, mozzerela and spaghetti sauce) and I guess since it was mushy and lite, I am 100% sure I ate more than 6oz. I usually never eat more than 6 oz of anything and I try to weigh everything before I eat but this was so good that I just ate. Ohh - well. Hope I didn't stretch out my pouch too much!

couple bites of mexican rice, couple bites of refried beans, all the chicken from the fajitas...couple of bites of the fajita wrap (I have a hard time with the wraps..they kind of feel doughy in my stomach, more so than reg. bread)
