Accountability Post - For Thursday

Ok, here it goes: B- 6 Oz Yoplait Yogurt L - 4 oz Crock Pot Broccoli, Ckn and Cheese (leftovers) S - Power Crunch Bar D - Pastaless lasagna (basically ricotta cheese, hamburger meat, mozzerela and spaghetti sauce) and I guess since it was mushy and lite, I am 100% sure I ate more than 6oz. I usually never eat more than 6 oz of anything and I try to weigh everything before I eat but this was so good that I just ate. Ohh - well. Hope I didn't stretch out my pouch too much! Don't know nutritional info. Fluid - 64 oz (Yeah!!) Vitamins - yes (Except no calcium - what else is new) Exercise- nope Misty

I did much better yesterday! Yeaa!! Nectar 8 oz B- 1 scrambled egg with cheese L- Tuna wrap D-1/4 c tuna Nectar afater workout Water/Fluids=62 oz Exercise= 20 min walk on lunch break 10 min ellipical 20 min treadmill 20 minutes various weight machines. Calories=560 Protein 90 grams Vitamnis= took em!1

i had another blah day... went to a wedding show after work b - achiev one l - boca burger w/2% cheese... dap of mustard and 1 carb ketchup Just for One Brocolli and cheese sauce (I love these things!) d - mexican food chips and salsa - i dunno how many..lost count couple bites of mexican rice, couple bites of refried beans, all the chicken from the fajitas...couple of bites of the fajita wrap (I have a hard time with the wraps..they kind of feel doughy in my stomach, more so than reg. bread) couple bites of chocolate cake calories - way more than I should all vitamins all water no exercise for me
