B - 6 oz Yoplait Lite Yogurt (100 Cal; 19 carbs; 5 protein) L - Chef Salad (from restuaraunt - don't know nutritional value - lettuce, turkey, cheese, eggs, and potato sticks with a little honey mustard and ranch) D - Crock Pot Broccoli, ckn, mushrooms and cheese (don't know nutritional value) and two bites of velvetta shells and cheese Fluid: 54 oz Exercise - walk 2 miles and climb stairs (93) Vitamins - Multivitamin and foltrin - yes; Calcium - no (I never take calcium - I really need to find a calcium citrate pill that has like 600 mg of calcium so I only have to take it twice a day. I am tired of the lozenges and never take them) Misty

I did really bad yesterday and am so ashamed. Please don't flame me. Nectar Protein-8 oz in morning B- 1 scrambled egg with cheese snack-I was really bad I ate Sunchips L-Burrito- (thought these had good source of protein but never realized the were so high in calories! After workout had another Nectar protein drink Calories =700!!! OMG Protien 70 grams Exercise 20 min ellipical 20 min various weight machines Vitamins-Yep took em all. Water = 52 oz I will do better today I promise !!

Even with the luncheon yesterday, I didn't do too bad. 5:30 - homemade cappuccino made with skim milk B - AO cappuccino mid-morning - coffee with ff creamer & Cinnamon Bliss S - Carb Master yogurt L- approx 2 oz lemon chicken, 3 bites steamed broccoli, 3 bites romaine w/ranch dressing, 2 bites roasted new potatoes, 3 bites of a chocolate cake that made my eyes roll back in my head, & 1 itty bitty bite of pecan pie (my pre-op fav) mid-afternoon - coffee with ff creamer & Cinnamon Bliss S - AO hazelnut with Cinnamon Bliss D - 1/2 of a Sonic jr. cheeseburger pattie & 1/4 of the bun totals for day - Cal 695; fat 22g; Carb 34g; Protein 82g water - 68 oz vitamins - all exercise - Today I am in my office with the door locked and screening the caller ID on my phone. My boss did walk by and tell me "you know, you can take a break and go eat".

B - AO Cappuccino L - Grilled Chicken Salad w/FF Italian (1/2 packet) from sonic. Ate all the chicken and maybe 4 bites of salad parts and the onion ring (comes with 1 for some reason) It went downhill from there... 4 p.m. - 1/2 c. Reduced sugar frosted flakes w/skim milk (just enough to make it wet) 7 p.m. Dinner - 1/2 c. hamburger helper (made w/Extra Lean Beef) small slice chocolate cake (about 3 bites total) Before bed - granola bar. I never ate granola before surgery... now for some reason, it is all I want No clue about my calorie totals... had one of those I don't care days lol I didn't exercise either Got all my vitamins Most of my water

I didn't add my cheats which are 2 shedd's sandwitchs the bread was 120 calories bt I don't know how much the shedd's, probably 1000 calories the way I put it on. Lee Lee Shedd's spread
