Accountability Post -Monday
Okay, I have been ill for a couple of days but I will post anyway...so no one get upset with me for not having the calories or protein I need, I know that but I am sick!
Monday:
Cappucino Achieve One for lunch
5 large shrimp for supper
1 ounce of almonds
That's all because I got really nauseated and couldn't eat.
Tuesday:
1/2 scoop of nectar cappucino in a cup of chai tea
1/2 cup of Susan Maria's double chocolate protein pudding.
That's all so far because I'm still sick and slept most of the day.
