Question about fat grams
I think if you watch your calorie intake, you won't need to worry about fat grams. Low calorie usually = low fat. If they're the perdue turkey meatballs... I think the serving is for 4 meatballs. A little over 2 grams of fat/meatball. I can only eat 3 with 2 tbsp. of sauce. so that is roughly 7 grams of fat. You may be able to eat that or less.
What April said!
You need some fat in your diet to help your body process fat soluble vitamins as well as to keep your hair, nails and skin healthy. I try to keep my fat grams around 30 for the day and don't really worry about how I get them. Quite often I find that I need some nuts or peanut butter just to get my minimum of 30 grams for the day.
The turkey meatballs are much healthier for you than the beef ones and will probably be easier for you to tolerate too.
If you add a little sauce, a little ricotta cheese, I can usually only eat 2 meatballs... the ricotta I think makes it a little more thicker... I agree with april and susan... you probably wont be able to eat a full serving of 4 meatballs.
Right now Kroger has Perdue on sale for 2 packs, $5. Also, the turkey burgers, 4 in a pack, found at the same location in the meat dept, same price...
