this is gross I had my lapband done on Jan 8,2007 I have done real good I have had 2 fills and feel no restriction I started at 262 and I am now at 234 I am able to eat anything and everything still I am very frustrated but the one thing that has me worried is my bowels are so wiered they are green and I mean green and have mucos in them.. I had my gall bladder out back in the 90's so I was just wondering if anyone out there has or is experiencing this prob... Mine are the same and I was told that it is the Repliva that I take for Iron, it may be just Iron in general, but I don't think it is anything to worry about. I know when I am on the week off of the Repliva, my BM returns to normal color within a day or two. You may want to check with your doctor anyway, I had the RNY, but it does not sound like your fills are enough, have you discussed this with your doctor as well? However, 28 pounds is pretty good, I believe, but I do not know how fast a lap patient loses in relation to a RNY patient, I do believe it is slower though. Good Luck, Shelia

I haven't had this problem.. instead, I can't hardly go to the bathroom. When I do, it is painful. So I am thinking about making some "Rochester Poop Bread" as someone called it from the BE board...its supposed to keep you regular... The only time I haven't had problems lately is when i had some type of flu bug and had diarrhea after every single thing I ate... But Good Luck to you...and hope it all comes out alright.. (pun intended!)
