Every day when I read the messages I lesrn something new and helpful. There is still so much I have to learn and I know I will learn so much more of it here because you have all been through it. I think I kind of like this whole e-mail thing and my spelling is getting better. Carolyn Craig

Misty I feel like i finally have a family I can lean on. My hubby and I have been married for 45 years and niether of us has any family and we didn't have children and I have never had many friends but now I feel like I do and you all understand the heart break of being overweight. I have to wait until August or September for my surgery but at my age time does go faster. Carolyn Craig

Carolyn, Everyone here is so wonderful and I have found friends here that I know that I will have for the rest of my life. I have prayed for many years that God would place a group of people in my life that understood me and I could be close to, do things with, share things with, and not be judged, just understood. Who knew that I would meet them online and as a result from having WLS. I feel that this is just another benefit from having this surgery. About your spelling, I do believe that this is the last place that you will find anyone judging you in anyway, we are such a close group and getting closer each stroke of the keyboard. Glad you are with us and can't wait until you are a loser as well!!! Shelia
