Hi Sue, We saw you enter the room a couple times. Do you have pop ups blocked on your browser? It's also possible the window opened behind another window. Try minimizing some windows to see if you see it next time! Bert

I need some help getting this all figured out, I tried to look at it today and either the fact that I do not feel good or the fact that I am a complete computer idiot, but I am not sure what I need to do. I could not get in at all, do I have to set up a schedule or just enter?
